Interview with 'Abbas 'Abdi by Siyyid Ibrahim Nabavi. He says: " The first difference between reformers and others is that they are the only ones to maintain their reformist behavior, even in the position of power. Iran's past doesn't know any such behavior. If not in the power circle, even the dictators can pretend being democrates with minimal efforts. This is the first specification, but I say we should neither condemn nor pursue the thruth. These are not easily achievable. If we look back, we can find people who prove who had a more disagreeble demeanor."

گفت وگو ي سيد ابراهيم نبوي با عباس عبدي. او مي گويد: "اولين فرق اصلاح طلب ها و ديگران اين است كه تنها گروهي هستند كه در موقعيت قدرت اين رفتار اصلاح طلبانه را از خود نشان مي دهند. سابقه ايران چنين چيزي را سراغ ندارد. از بيرون قدرت، ادعاي دموكرات بودن براي ديكتاتورها هم بي هزينه است. اين اولين ويژگي است، اما من مي گويم به دنبال محكوم كردن نباشيم، دنبال حقيقت نباشيم، چرا كه به اين راحتي نمي توان به آن دست يافت. اگر قرار باشد گذشته را بيان كنيم، افرادي هستند كه بتوانند ثابت كنند چه كساني بيشتر رفتار ناخوشايند انجام داده اند."
