Kamalodin Shirali ibn Mohammad Banaee Herawi, great poet, musician, calligrapher has born in 857 A.H. in Herat city. he studied in this city; then he tried to learn calligraphy and music. He skilled in ta'liq, nasta'liq and thulth writing and he was one of the best in music in his era. he was well-known in poetry that some specialist known him the best poet in 9th A.H. century after Abdorrahman Jami; even he was the best poet in Khorasan in this century.
