Nowadays, considering the position of women in the development programs of countries is undeniable. In this regard, our country is not an exception to this issue, and considering that the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on the Islamic pillar, it is necessary to pay attention to all aspects of women's existence from the perspective of Islam in major development planning. Analyzing the main religious sources using the qualitative method of content analysis and considering the main components, topics, and theories of women's participation in development, provides implications that can be used to achieve a macro-level model of women's participation in development programs; a model that includes education appropriate to the role of women in the family and society, political participation appropriate to specific responsibilities, employment appropriate to living conditions and fulfilling family roles, and women's health.

امروزه در نظر گرفتن جایگاه زنان در برنامه های توسعه کشورها، امری انکارناپذیر است. در این خصوص کشور ما نیز از این موضوع مستثنی نبوده و با توجه به مبتنی بودن نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر رکن اسلامی بودن، توجه به همه ابعاد وجودی زن از منظر اسلام در برنامه ریزی های کلان پیشرفت(توسعه)، ضروری است. واکاوی منابع اصلی دینی با استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون و با نظر داشتن مولفه ها، موضوعات و نظریه های اصلی مشارکت زنان در توسعه، استلزاماتی را به دست می دهد که مبتنی بر آن ها می توان به الگویی کلان نگر در خصوص مشارکت زنان در برنامه های توسعه دست یافت؛ الگویی که آموزش متناسب با نقش زنان در خانواده و اجتماع، مشارکت سیاسی متناسب با مسئولیت های خاص، اشتغال به فراخور شرایط زیستی و ایفای نقش های خانوادگی و سلامت زنان از مولفه های آن است.
