In the wide-ranging research of "Development Dialogues", an effort is made to initiate dialogues between Iranian experts who have regularly thought and written in the field of development, and in this way, by compiling the narrative of each of them on the issue of development in Iran, to form a discourse. To help the development in Iran, and by codifying and critically detailing their works, it is possible to expand and promote problem-oriented thinking and provide solutions in the field of national development. Based on this, the second volume resulting from this research: "Maqsood's Narrative" includes the general views of Maqsood Farstkhah on the issue of development in Iran. Development is a matter of chance from seed planting to plant growth, and such a process of growth takes time. At the same time, from the point of view of Maqsood, development is a passion that not only has its seed formed in the soul of the society, but also its growth and evolution - in the heart of the society - occurs slowly and continuously. At the same time, during development in a gradual process, it becomes possible when the cooperation of people and a path of social learning is realized in practice. It is especially that the transformation in the mind and language of Iranians - in cooperation, dialogue, and education - remains sterile and lags; It lags behind all the renewals, everyday glamor, and material appearances, which is the disproportion of the inner and outer lives of Iranians, whose life outside is settled by government and oil development, but within this development, it is devoid of meaning due to the lack of cooperation and education. Therefore, development in Iran is an unfinished project from the perspective of Farsatakh, and of course, the last step to finish this unfinished project is the last supper of the rulers with arbitrary development. From the society's side, the completion of this plan is conditional on a political opening that will finally realize the development of Iran with the two wings of the Participatory Party and the Independent University.
