In the wide-ranging research "Development Dialogues", an effort is made to initiate dialogues between Iranian experts who have regularly thought and written in the field of development, and in this way, by compiling the narrative of each of them on the issue of development in Iran, To help the formation of the development discourse in Iran, and by codifying and critically detailing their works, it is possible to expand and promote problem-oriented thinking and provide solutions in the field of national development. Zain on the first volume of this research: "Mahmoud's Narrative" is an extract of Mahmoud Saree-ul-Qalam's views on the issue of development in Iran. Saree al-Qalam considers the absolutism and ideological thinking of elites after constitutionalism to this day to be the main cause of their lack of cooperation and understanding with each other, which has caused a fair share of power and management to never be distributed among elites with diverse and plural views, and as a result, conflicts. remain open between them. Therefore, the starting point of Iran's development from the point of view of Saree al-Qalam is the consensus of the elites. In this book, a critical description of Saree al-Qalam's thought has been presented on how to realize and operationalize this general strategy in order to overcome the fierce storms of the future.
