عثمان، سقوط كرده در بي زماني ميان گذشته و آينده، از سوي مردگان قوم و خويشش انتخاب مي شود تا ماجرايشان را بشنود. مرده هاي عثمان مي روند و مي آيند، تلاش مي كنند تا از مرز تولد و مرگ بگذرند و سرنوشت خود را دگرگون كنند، اما ناگزير آواره ي ميان اين دو مرزند؛ پس به سرنوشت گردن مي نهند و از زمانه ي خود مي گويند. از تجربه ي امواج مشروطيت در امپراتوري عثماني.
