This book contains the writings of Ahmed Shamlou, which were written in 1333 when he was in Qasr prison. In a part of the explanation at the beginning of the book, it is stated: Shamlu has decided to examine Persian grammar in three books: noun, verb and letter. The book of nouns itself consisted of four sections: noun, preposition, adjective and pronoun, which in the first edition (1343) the section related to the pronoun was lost in the printing house, but in the second edition (1375) despite not adding a supplement to The book, the contents with a better organization, will be published under the title "The first volume of Shamloo grammar" and with the hope of publishing a supplementary volume.

این کتاب دربرگیرنده ی نوشته های این شاعر معاصر است که در سال 1333 و هنگامی که در زندان قصر به سر می برده، نوشته شده اند. در بخشی از توضیح ابتدای کتاب آمده است: شاملو بر آن بوده تا دستور زبان فارسی را در سه دفتر اسم، فعل و حرف مورد بررسی قرار دهد. دفتر اسم خود از چهار بخش اسم، اضافه، صفت و ضمیر تشکیل می شد، که در نخستین نوبت انتشارش (1343) بخش مربوط به ضمیر در چاپ خانه گم می شود، اما در دومین نوبت (1375) به رغم افزوده نشدن تکمله ای بر کتاب، مطالب با ساماندهی بهتر تحت عنوان «جلد اول دستور زبان شاملو» و به امید انتشار یک جلد متمم به دست چاپ سپرده می شوند.
