After examining the history and procedure of comparative research between Heidegger's thought and Daoist thought, this book continues in two parts. The first part titled "Heidegger and Daoism" deals with the position of Heidegger in Western philosophy, the position of Daoism in Eastern philosophy, and Heidegger's attention to Daoist thought, and the second part titled "Existence", topics such as "existence and non-existence", "time and event" are discussed. ", "technology" and "thought and action" are presented.

این کتاب پس از بررسی تاریخچه و رویه‌ی تحقیقات تطبیقی میان تفکر هیدگر و اندیشه‌ی دائویی در دو بخش ادامه می‌یابد. بخش اول با عنوان «هیدگر و دائویسم» به جایگاه هیدگر در فلسفه‌ی غرب، جایگاه دائویسم در فلسفه‌ی شرق و توجه هیدگر به تفکر دائویی می‌پردازد و در بخش دوم با عنوان «وجود»، مباحثی همچون «هستی و نیستی»، «زمان و رخداد»، «تکنولوژی» و «فکر و عمل» ارائه شده است.
