Risālah-yi Kātib-i Kirmānī: Persian 1399

The incident of Iran's constitutionalism in 1286 is one of the rare events in the history of Iran. In addition to the incidents that occurred in the capital of Tehran during this revolution, minor incidents also occurred in the corners of Iran. One of them is the incident that happened in Kerman a year before the constitution and led to the beating and beheading of the Kermani Grand Ayatollah, and most historians have considered it to be one of the important factors in accelerating the issuance of the constitutional decree. Regarding this issue, the current treatise remains, the name of the treatise and its author are not known, and Dr. Bastani Parizi, the proofreader of the present edition, has chosen the title "Kateb Kermani's Treatise" for it. The events of 1322 and 1323 AH. AH is one of the most important events in the history of Kerman, and many people have considered it as the beginning of a historical development. From the point of view of historians, including Nazem al-Islam Kermani, the issue of Sheikhiya and Balasriya in Kerman and the case of the eating of wood by Haj Mirza Mohammadreza Ayatollah are effective factors in stimulating the clergy of the center and provinces to insist on obtaining the constitutional decree.
