Farajollah Mizani known as F. M. Javanshir (September 1305, Tabriz - December 4, 1367, Tehran) was a master of electrical engineering, doctor of history, translator and writer, political activist, member of the political board and one of the secretaries of the central committee of Tudeh Party of Iran. He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown and then entered the technical faculty of Tehran University. In 1324, he became a member of the Tudeh Party of Iran and after the shooting of Shah on 15th of Bahman 1327 in Tehran University, the announcement of the party's activity being illegal and the departure of a part of the party's leadership from Iran, Javanshir was chosen as the deputy secretary of the party committee of the University of Tehran. He finished his engineering studies in 1328. In 1329, he was sent to the cities to organize party activities. After the coup d'état on August 28, 1332, he returned to Tehran and in dangerous conditions after the coup, he became the head of the Tehran State Committee and was in Iran with the same responsibility until the summer of 1336, i.e. 4 years after the coup. In the summer of 1336, he was called to Moscow, where this plenum was held, to participate in the fourth large plenum of the Central Committee. The inappropriate atmosphere created by all kinds of rumors around him took the opportunity from the plenum to introduce him, who had complete control over the internal affairs of the country, into the leadership of the party. At the top of these rumors, there was the absurd and cowardly claim that Colonel Zibaei, one of the interrogators of the military governor of the coup, arrested him and released him after taking a promise of cooperation. In 1341, he finally became an advisory member of the Tudeh Central Committee. He received a doctorate in history during his migration.
