Uṣūl-i ḥuqūq-i bayn'al-milal-i umūmī: Persian 1396

Brownlie's Principles of Public International Law is so familiar to all who deal with this branch of law that it needs no introduction. This book is known for its complexity and difficulty along with its reputation and credibility. Judge James Crawford, who himself is one of the famous names of international law and is currently one of the judges of the International Court of Justice, edited Brownlee's book and gave it a new color, and reduced its complexity. Those who are familiar with the translation of scientific and specialized texts know that it is a difficult task to adhere to the original text and the fluency and pleasantness of the translation at the same time. In the debate between these two, I have preferred to stick to the text in the translation of this book. In fact, my profession is not a translation, and the books I have translated so far have motivated me to help expand international legal literature in the country and meet the needs of students and researchers.
