Uṣūl-i bīmah-yi islāmī: Persian 1400

In today's era, insurance is one of the most advanced methods of preventing and dealing with risk and gaining peace of mind, and its development and developments in the last few centuries, along with industry and economic developments, have created better conditions for humans. Considering the widespread presence of insurance in human life and the need to be familiar with it, and on the one hand, the newness of the insurance contract in Islamic countries and the need to use its benefits, the jurisprudential examination of insurance has been considered by Islamic thinkers and various views have been raised about it. Since insurance as a contract must be in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence and law, in recent decades some thinkers have designed a type of insurance called takaful or Islamic insurance that covers the insurance needs among Muslims. This method has been welcomed mainly in the Sunni world, but Shia jurists have accepted conventional insurance, adapted it to Islamic jurisprudence, and redefined it within the framework of Islamic principles. In this book, insurance from the point of view of Sunnis and their efforts in establishing takaful insurance is also examined.
