Farhang-i Irani dar Gharb: Persian 1378

Europeans have used countless foreign borrowings of various cultural, scientific and commercial exchanges with eastern countries during the history in which Iranian languages specially in the fields of chemistry, mineral sciences, botony and also public culture, have the most borrowings. The collection of Iranian vocabularies in European languages, indicates a series of direct contacts and indirect relations of Iranian speakers with European people in various historical periods. Most of them, express Iranian national culture which was confined during domination periods of foreigners or could become apparent throughout the world by Arab and Turk victors. So we can say that vocabularies of European and American languages, consist of cultural heritage of the Iranians.
