The reason for the structural adjustment program, based on the explicit interpretations of the experts of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, was "resolving the external debt crisis". For 20 years, from 1980 to 1999, many countries of the world were forced to implement this program due to the emergency and all-around pressures of the world domination system. The present collection contains articles fromf the author's efforts during the years of designing and implementing the economic adjustment policy, which has been published in the form of speeches at conferences, interviews, and various articles according to the time and topic. The book's subject mainly refers to the traditional structural adjustment programs implemented in most developing countries, including Iran, during the mentioned 20 years.
