The period of Enlightenment was the beginning of scholars facing each other and dividing and reducing science into specialized and minor fields. Reducing science to small parts for the purpose of scientific deepening and verification caused many losses in the general understanding of science and created a kind of separation and dissociation in human knowledge. Excessive division of sciences formed movements towards the integration and connection of sciences with each other, and interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and connected sciences emerged. Scholars in the process of knowledge development came to the conclusion that sciences will be more effective in their mission with the help of each other. This book is also a fusion between the knowledge of organizational culture and neuroscience and cognitive theories of mind. Organizational culture, which, in the traditional view, was described and explained by behavioral theories, has now gained a more complete picture of itself with the help of neuroscience and discussions in the field of reflexivity, imagination, and emotions as processes of the mind. Now the stimulus-response black box has been opened and new angles of the organizational culture have been clarified, which has facilitated the work of education, research and its use. In this way, teachers, researchers, interns, and users of organizational culture will gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject and will be more successful than before in achieving their goals by relying on this integration. The connection of these two knowledges, in the present work, has created wonderful views of organizational culture and neuroscience, which increases the motivation to study the book and makes it possible to understand its complexities.
