In this volume from the diary of Naseruddin Shah, daily events from Ramadan 1297 to Shaban 1299 have been traced. In addition to the daily reports of the events in Tehran and the description of the Shah's trips to the surrounding areas of Dar al-Khilafah for hunting and recreation, the details of his summer trips to Lar and Shahristan are also recorded. Also, part of the contents of the book is devoted to Shah's report on the weather condition of Tehran city and its surroundings.

در این مجلد از روزنامه‌ی خاطرات ناصرالدین‌شاه، وقایع روزانه از رمضان 1297 تا شعبان 1299 پی گرفته شده است. افزون‌بر گزارش‌های روزانه از اتفاقات طهران و شرح سفرهای شاه به مناطق اطراف دارالخلافه به جهت شکار و تفریح، تفصیل سفرهای ییلاقی وی به لار و شهرستانک نیز قید شده است. همچنین بخشی از مطالب کتاب به گزارش شاه از وضعیت آب‌وهوایی شهر طهران و اطراف آن اختصاص یافته است.
