Once upon a time there was another man except "Harmazd". He was the "Devil". The universe was divided into two parts. One side was light, one side darkness. "Harmazd" lived in bright universe and the "Devil" lived in the dark one. "Harmazd" universe was very bright and shone. "Devil" universe was dark and cold. Eye couldn't see eye. The "Devil" that couldn't see in front of his feet, went up and down constantly and because of this he reached to the border of brightness or "Harmazd" universe...

يكي بود، يكي نبود. غير از "هرمزد" يكي ديگر هم بود. "اهريمن" بود. دنيا دو بخش بود. يك طرف نور بود و يك طرف تاريكي. در جهان نور، "هرمزد" زندگي مي كرد و در جهان تاريكي، "اهريمن". جهان "هرمزد" خيلي روشن بود و برق مي زد. جهان "اهريمن" تاريك و سرد بود. چشم، چشم را نمي ديد. "اهريمن" كه جلوي پايش را نمي ديد، مرتب بالا و پايين مي رفت. اين پايين و بالا رفتن ها سبب شد كه يك روز به مرز روشنايي يا جهان "هرمزد" برسد...
