The growth and prosperity of economic activities requires attention to three key factors: First, the production and supply system should be based on the framework of free and competitive markets, so that the productivity of production and distribution factors increases. Secondly, the demand and consumption sector should play a decisive role in the amount of national income, investment, and savings. Thirdly, in price formation, it is important to pay attention to the fact that the equilibrium price mechanism reflects the shortages and limitations in economic resources. What we are dealing with in this book is the goal and mission of monetary and financial policies in the growth of effective supply and demand, in such a way that favorable conditions are provided for the creation of real prices.

رشد و شکوفایی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی مستلزم توجه به سه عامل کلیدی است: اولا، نظام تولید و عرضه بهتر است در چارچوب بازارهای آزاد و رقابتی استوار باشد، به طوری که بهره وری عوامل تولید و توزیع افزایش یابد. ثانیا، بخش تقاضا و مصرف نقش تعیین کننده در میزان درآمد ملی، سرمایه گذاری و پس انداز داشته باشند. ثالثا، در شکلگیری قیمت به این مسئله حائز اهمیت توجه شود که مکانیسم قیمت تعادلی منعکس کننده‌ی کمبودها و محدودیت‌ها در منابع اقتصادی باشد. آنچه در کتاب حاضر به آن می‌پردازیم هدف و رسالت سیاست‌های پولی و مالی در رشد عرضه و تقاضای موثر است، به گونه‌ای که شرایط مساعدی برای به وجود آمدن قیمت‌های واقعی فراهم آید.
