Years ago, when I had the chance to get acquainted with the precious book of Shams Tabrizi's essays, a word from Shams got me curious and made me think. Where he says: In Tabriz, there have been those who I am the least, they are the ones who threw me out of the sea, just as the khashak falls into a corner from the sea. I am so that they are like. I thought Shams' words should not be taken lightly. What is this unknown sea that Shams - this mysterious old Nadreh - considers himself to be a corner of Khashak? Or does Hosseini Haravi send his mystical questions from Khorasan to Tabriz - either to conquer the chapter of familiarity as written by Dr. Zarin Kob's poet or to use the views of the Tabriz elders - from Khorasan?

سال‌ها پیش، که توفیق آشنایی با کتاب گرانقدر مقالات شمس تبریزی نصیبم شد، سخنی از شمس کنجکاوم کرد و به تأمل واداشت. آنجا که می‌گوید: در تبریز، کسانی بوده‌اند که من کم‌ترین، ایشانم که بحر مرا برون انداخته است، همچنان که خاشاک از دریا به گوشه‌ای افتد. چنینم تا آنها چون باشند. اندیشیدم، سخن شمس را نباید سرسری گرفت. این چه دریای ناشناخته‌ای است که شمس - این نادره پیر مرموز مستور - خود را به منزله خاشاکی به گوشه‌ای افتاده از آن می‌داند؟ و یا حسینی هروی، سوالات عرفانی خود را - خواه برای فتح باب آشنایی چنان که روانشاد دکتر زرین کوب نوشته‌اند و خواه برای استفاده از دیدگاه‌های پیران تبریز - از خراسان به تبریز می‌فرستد؟
