"Girls of Riyadh" is written by Raja Abdullah Sane, a young dentist from Saudi Arabia. The main focus of this story is the real life of four Saudi girls named Qumrah, Nadim, Michelle and Lims, who are all friends of the author. The author tells about the tragedy of their lives, about the doors that don't open, about the wishes that are sacrificed in the cradle, about the big and black prison and about the thousands and thousands of martyred women who are buried nameless and unmarked in the cemetery of Saint. His friends remain captives who are bought and sold in the market of superstition and are captives in the harem of the East and die silently like birds in the nest.

«دختران ریاض» نوشتة رجا عبدالله صانع، دندانپزشکی جوان اهل کشور عربستان سعودی است. محور اصلی این داستان زندگی واقعی چهار دختر سعودی به نام‌های قمره، سدیم، میشل و لیمس می‌باشد که همگی از دوستان نویسنده هستند. نویسنده از تراژدی زندگی آنها می‌گوید، از درهایی که باز نمی‌شوند، از خواسته‌هایی که در گهواره قربانی می‌شوند، از زندانی بزرگ و سیاه و از هزاران هزار زن شهید که بی‌نام و نشان در گورستان سنت مدفون هستند. دوستان او به اسیرانی می‌مانند که در بازار خرافه‌پرستی خرید و فروش می‌شوند و در حرمسرای شرق اسیرند و مانند پرنده‌هایی در لانه، بی‌صدا می‌میرند.
