In collecting this culture and small treasure, stories of grandmothers, songs, examples, songs of poets, parts, old men and old women who did not know a single word of Persian or Turkish have been used. This culture includes the achievements of the author's entire life and past times from childhood and adolescence to this time. The author has collected and recorded words one by one from the words of the old men and women of Kurdish villages and black tents who lived in the plains and mountains and were interested in their ancient language and culture.

در گردآوری این فرهنگ و گنجینه‌ی کوچک، از قصه‌های مادربزرگان، ترانه‌ها، مثال‌ها، سروده‌های سرایندگان، بخشی‌ها، پیرمردان و پیرزنان بی‌سواد و بی‌آلایشی که حتی یک کلمه فارسی یا ترکی نمی‌دانستند، بهره برده شده است. این فرهنگ دستاورد همه‌ی عمر و روزگاران گذشته‌ی نویسنده از دوران کودکی و نوجوانی تا به این زمان را دربردارد. نگارنده یک‌یک کلمه‌ها را از گفته‌های پیرمردان و پیرزنان و روستاها و سیاه‌چادرهای کردان که در دشت‌ها و کوهساران زندگی می‌کردند و به زبان و فرهنگ باستانی خویش علاقه‌مند بودند، گرد آورده و ثبت کرده است.
