کتاب «زن کش» رمانی نوشته ی «استیون کینگ» است که نخستین بار در سال 2010 انتشار یافت. داستان این رمان درباره ی مردی است که تسلیم خشونت درون خود می شود و رویدادهایی مرگبار و جنون آمیز را رقم می زند. «ویلفرد جیمز» صاحب مزرعه ای هشتاد هکتاری در «نبراسکا» شده که چندین نسل در خانواده اش بوده است. همسرش، «آرلت» نیز صاحب زمینی صد هکتاری در کنار مزرعه ی اوست. «آرلت» می خواهد زمینش را بفروشد اما اگر این کار انجام دهد، «ویلفرد» نیز مجبور به فروش مزرعه اش خواهد شد. «جیمز» هر کاری بتواند انجام می دهد تا مزرعه اش را حفظ کند. خیانت، قتل و جنون در رمان «زن کش» دست به دست هم می دهند تا این داستان را به کاوشی نفسگیر درباره ی نیمه ی تاریک سرشت انسان تبدیل کنند.
