This book contains two anthropological and linguistic studies, both of which have been collected for the first time in field research. The first part of the book is anthropology; It includes customs, rituals, culture, and popular beliefs, and the second part is a dictionary of the Darghaz Azari dialect, which is arranged bilaterally. The data of this research consists of a two-way dictionary, one hundred sentences in Darghaz Turkish, proverbs, local stories, customs, and beliefs of the people of Darghaz, which were collected by field method.

کتاب حاضر دربردارنده دو پژوهش مردم‌شناسی و زبان‌شناسی است که هر دو برای نخستین بار در پژوهش میدانی گردآوری شده است. بخش نخست کتاب، مردم‌شناسی؛ شامل آداب و آیین و فرهنگ و باورهای مردمی است و بخش دوم واژه‌نامه‌ای از گویش آذری درگز که دوسویه تنظیم شده است. داده‌های این پژوهش عبارت است از واژه‌نامه‌ای دوسویه، صد جمله به ترکی درگز، مثل یا زبانزد، قصه‌های محلی، آداب و آیین و باورهای مردمی درگز که به روش میدانی گردآوری شده است.
