In this book, 130 letters from Mohammad Ali Foroughi have been compiled in chronological order by searching in books, magazines, and documents of private and public collections. These letters were addressed to Iranian political and cultural figures in the second half of the fruitful life of Zaka al-Mulk between the years (1288 to 1321), including Reza Shah and Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, Mostofi Al Mamalek, Mokhbar Al Sultaneh Timurtash, Taghizadeh Qazvini, Abul Qasim Kashani, the chancellor of al-Dawlah, and Rajab Ali Mansour. Foreigners, such as Churchill, Stalin, Anthony, Eden William Bullard, Tawfiq Rushdi, Beck, Schulenberg Millspo, and Edward Brown, Foroughi's relatives (such as his children and his brother Abolhasan and Waqar al-Saltaneh and some press offices and ministries have been written. A number of letters in this book, including Administrative and private are being published for the first time.

در این کتاب با تفحص در کتابها مجلات و اسناد مجموعه های خصوصی و عمومی ۱۳۰ نامه از محمد علی فروغی به ترتیب تاریخی گرد آمده است. این نامه ها در نیمه دوم عمر پربار ذکاء الملک بین سالهای (۱۲۸۸ تا ۱۳۲۱) خطاب به شخصیت های سیاسی و فرهنگی ایرانی از جمله رضاشاه و محمدرضاشاه پهلوی مستوفی الممالک، مخبر السلطنه تیمورتاش، تقی زاده قزوینی، ابوالقاسم کاشانی مستشار الدوله و رجبعلی منصور و خارجی از جمله ،چرچیل استالین آنتونی ،ایدن ویلیام بولارد توفیق رشدی ،بیک ،شولنبرگ میلسپو و ادوارد براون خویشان فروغی (مانند فرزندانش و برادرش ابوالحسن و وقارالسلطنه و برخی مطبوعات و ادارات و وزارتخانه ها نوشته شده است شماری از نامه های این کتاب اعم از اداری و خصوصی برای نخستین بار است که به چاپ می رسد.
