This book is responsible for the uprising of Imam Hussein (as) and seeks to answer the question of what was the purpose of the Prophet's migration from Medina to Mecca and from there to Kufa: to avoid the pledge of allegiance, or to form a government, or to welcome Martyrdom, or another Umayyad? Based on this research, there are seven theories about the purpose of the Prophet: 1-Refusal to pledge allegiance (defense) 2-Government-martyrdom 3-Mystical martyrdom 4-Compulsory martyrdom 5-Fida martyrdom 6-Political martyrdom, and 7-Formation of government The first part of the book seeks to explain In the second part, the author is responsible for proving that Imam Hussein's going to Kufa, although to form an elected government, was correct. کتاب حاضر عهده دار هدف شناسی از قیام امام حسین-علیه الاسلام-است،و در پی پاسخ بدین پرسش که هدف آن حضرت در هجرت از مدینه به مکه و از آنجه به کوفه چه بود:پرهیز از بیعت،یا تشکیل حکومت،یااستقبال از شهادت،و یا اموی دیگر؟ بر پایه این پژوهش،هفت نظریه درباره هدف آن حضرت وجود دارد:1امتناع از بیعت (دفاع)2-حکومت-شهادت3-شهادت عرفانی4-شهادت تکلیفی 5-شهادت فدیه ای 6-شهادت سیاسی و7-تشکیل حکومت پاره اول کتاب در پی تبیین و سنجش این نظریات و تحریر محل نزاع است.در پاره دوم،نویسنده عهده دار اثبات این موضوع شده است که رفتن امام حسین به طرف کوفه،اگرچه به قصد تشکیل حکومت انتخابی درست بود.پاره سوم کتاب به دیدگاه اعلام شیعه درباره هدف امام حسین که تایید نظر مختار نویسنده است،اختصاص دارد.
