There were many unsaid words in my heart and I desperately needed a listener who would be patient with me. I wouldn't have this lack if my only friend Fereshte didn't get married and gone to the city. I knew him since childhood and he was my only close friend. After he got married at the age of seventeen and left, I couldn't replace him with another friend because of my shyness.

حرف های نگفته زیادی در دلم تلنبار شده بودند و سخت نیاز به شنونده ای داشتم که سنگ صبورم شود. اگر تنها دوستم فرشته ازدواج نمی کرد و به شهر نمی رفت من این کمبود را نداشتم. او را از کودکی می شناختم و تنها دوست صمیمی ام محسوب می شد. بعد از او که در سن هفده سالگی ازدواج کرد و رفت من به خاطر کم حرفی و نجوش بودنم نتوانستم دوست دیگری را جایگزین او کنم.
