This story is about Alan and Paul, who had won a prize, and were happy that authorized the newspaper. They had lots of works to do but they didn't cancel their school. Mrs. Bindle volunteered to type their works. They changed the name of the newspaper from "Great Sheila" to "Alan and Paul Declares".
