This book is about revocable divorce and one of the conditions for the husband to return. In this book, the condition of the will to amend and the effects of its absence are examined. Verses 228, 229, and 231 of Surah Al-Baqarah discuss revocable divorce and the right of the husband to return to his divorced wife and are considered the main evidence for the right of the husband to return to his divorced wife in revocable divorce. In verse 228, the right of the husband to return is conditioned by the will to amend, and in verses 229 and 231, the Holy Quran has stated the expression of holding on to what is good and being generous as the duty of the man after revocable divorce. Some jurists have used these verses, especially verse 228, that the validity of revocation in revocable divorce is subject to the intention to amend, but the famous jurists have not mentioned such a condition and according to the famous opinion, even if the husband's will to harm the wife in returning to his wife is proven, the husband has the right to return. The present study has examined the content of the above verses and other related evidence and different views about them.
