The comprehensive legal dictionary is the result of more than twenty years of effort and research by the author in compiling it. This dictionary was compiled with the aim of eliminating the shortcomings and shortcomings that have always existed in the preparation of international legal bills, and the author has always observed the aforementioned shortcomings closely during his years of service in the International Legal Services Office in Tehran, The Hague, and Washington. In compiling this dictionary, the author has studied and sampled the texts of petitions, defense bills, and legal articles prepared by veteran American and English lawyers for many years.

فرهنگ جامع حقوقی حاصل بیش از بیست سال تلاش و کنکاش مؤلف در گردآوری آن است. این فرهنگ با هدف رفع نقایص و کاستی هایی تدوین یافته که در تنظیم لوایح حقوقی بینالمللی همواره وجود داشته و مؤلف در طول سال های خدمت خویش در دفتر خدمات حقوقی بینالمللی در مراکز تهران لاهه واشنگتن نواقص مذکور را همواره از نزدیک مشاهده کرده است. نگارنده در تدوین این فرهنگ سال های متمادی متن دادخواست ها لوایح دفاعیه و مقالات حقوقی تهیه شده به وسیله حقوقدان های کهنه کار آمریکایی و انگلیسی را مطالعه و نمونه برداری کرده است.
