Safavid era is one of the amazing periods of Iranian history. This period is especially important because it has religious roots in its previous periods, which appears in this era with a special face, and because it creates the background for many social, political and religious developments in the following ages. It has a history of Islam and Iran. The main goal of the author in this book is a research about religious power and political power and the efforts of the Safavid kings to harmonize religion and politics. This has led to the emergence of special events, developments and policies in the history of Iran, especially since the 7th century AH, when the development of other branches of Shiism, such as Ismailia, stopped in Iran due to the dominance of the Mongols, the Imami Shia religion spread in Iran, and Shiites Imamiya was at the head of many great movements of the people against the rulers.
