Lack of a common language is one of the factors which make difficulty between people of various countries. In this regard, 4 approaches are propounded and considered in the present book: reinforcement of possibility of written and simultaneous translation, creation and expansion of an artificial international helpful language, globalization of one of the natural languages of the world, and language programming for propaganda and instruction of multilingualism.

فقدان يك زبان مشترك يكي از عوامل دشواري ارتباط بين مردم كشورهاي گوناگون جهان است. براي حل اين مشكل اصلي، در اين كتاب چهار رويكرد پيشنهاد و بررسي شده است: تقويت امكان ترجمه مكتوب و ترجمه همزمان، خلق و گسترش يك زبان كمكي بين المللي مصنوعي، جهاني كردن يكي از زبان هاي طبيعي موجود در دنيا، و برنامه ريزي زباني در جهت تبليغ و آموزش چند زبانگي.
