It is suggested by a systematic approach to new sources of Islamic jurisprudence up to keep pace with social and scientific developments. Tariq Ramadan, the content that it finds the reader in this book is the juice of thinking long and deep in the world of «Islamic Sciences» led him to revisit not only the tools of Jurisprudence and applications of physical and historical, but its origins, sources and classifications as well, as well as methods and areas of jurisdiction and the nature of the approaches that seen Pedagogy jurisprudence through its history. In the course of which it shall be Ramadan, many of the questions is trying to answer them; of these questions is the nature of the crises suffered by the contemporary Islamic thought and still is, and the difficulties that hampered the reasons for not achieving the diligence of the goals set by himself, and those that made the thought discretionary leave his place of approaches weak half-hearted that do not look for reform from the perspective of adaptation to the requirements of today's world without the will and the strength of arms transfer and change things.
