The researcher of the history of Media now, like in the past half-century, when the famous and comprehensive work of Yu. Prašek, a Czech scientist, published, often wanders in the dark and rarely reaches the unknown border that might be called the threshold of truth. So far, we have witnessed all kinds of mental and sometimes even imaginative outpourings in this field. These mental constructs can be as true as the legend of the sinking of Atlantis. We can say with confidence that from the moment of the great discoveries in the field of ancient Eastern history studies, which began at the beginning of the first decade of the 19th century, the history of Media has been the least researched. The Kingdom of the Medes, the first and largest book of Aliyev's Confessions, and the History of the Medes by Ivan Mikhailovich Diakonov are still considered the most comprehensive and authoritative reference sources for the history of the Medes in the world. I am not going to explain its features here, because Vasiliy Vasilievich Struve, the famous Soviet orientalist and the scientific editor of the Median Kingdom, has handled this task well. Since the writing of these two works until 2007, no significant scientific works in this field have been published abroad or inside the country.
