Tirāzhidī-yi Rushd va Tawsi'ah dar Īrān: Persian 1403

The growth and development in our country are tragically trapped in many traps. Despite the passage of four decades since the beginning of the movement of the development wheel in Iran and despite the 76-year history of establishing a modern planning system in the country, we are still facing a deep gap between planning and implementation. This rupture is caused by the transfer of authority from the elites to a dogmatic and emerging group that has disrupted the country's development process by weakening scientific institutions and reducing the quality of decision-making. Also, policy-making in Iran has been reduced to superficiality and ritualism, where only maintaining Forms and forms are discussed and the main content of politics is ignored. This type of policy leads society towards a superficial and demonstrative development, which loses the ability to solve the fundamental challenges and is content only with the appearance of development. In addition, the diversity and conflict of laws have led to the deposition of ineffective laws, which has complicated the legal system and made people's problems more intractable. In this situation, the culture of lawlessness and non-adherence to the law has spread to some social levels, and non-adherence to these principles has become the basis for the rise of rentier systems; This disorder is also a result of unbalanced "weighing" processes of power and resources in the society, the formation of this rentier system has become one of the serious obstacles to the formation of a fair and sustainable development. Ignoring the needs and demands of half of the society, that is, women, has added to these crises and has doubled the need for a serious review of policies and approaches. By presenting a sociological analysis and proposing practical solutions, this book tries to find an answer to the current challenges and make the path of achieving meaningful and sustainable development goals smoother.
