In recent years, due to the increasing role of energy and environment in the economic, political and social activities of different societies, energy policy has gained special importance. Energy policy is an interdisciplinary knowledge that organizes a combination of information from different scientific disciplines under a new subject and uses it to solve problems that are not the subject of any of the constituent sciences. Energy policy-making takes the knowledge of economics, management, technical and engineering sciences, geopolitics, law, and environment according to the subject matter and provides analyzes and policy recommendations with its special methodology. This book, which was first presented as part of the "Energy Policymaking" course in the field of energy systems in the Faculty of Engineering of Sharif University of Technology, can be useful for students of other related fields and those interested in this topic.
