Ruman-i 1320: Persian 2024

The present book narrates the story of a young girl and boy from a small village in Baku, Azerbaijan, starting from the year 1318 (1939). They decide to flee their homeland to offer their love unconditionally in a safe place. On this challenging journey, they face many events, each growing in their own way, nurturing their inner thoughts, experiences, and reflections as they step into youth and middle age. Moments of joy and happiness, suffering and regret, confusion and distress, friendship and camaraderie, stability and growth accompany them throughout this long journey. As time passed, various events left new emotions, influences, and thoughts in both of them: sometimes a sense of joy and liberation from everything past and present, sometimes a feeling filled with sadness and loneliness mixed with a sweet message, and sometimes the physical and emotional pains of their beloved child, a reminder from the prison days, weighed heavily on their shoulders and lit a new path.
