Unfortunately, the subject of justice is oppressed both in our Islamic teachings and oppressed and strange in our society. And we went to this issue seriously, but based on the feeling of homelessness. Our scholars and elders designed good foundations for justice and made good foundations, but slowly, Islamic thinking and Islamic jurisprudence went in different directions, and the discussion of justice became more and more thin. The opposite happened in the West, and even though they did not have that background and history, they cultivated the issue of justice and established the foundations of their own rights, and we, who had that capital of the past, stopped or became weaker, and today it has reached this point.

متاسفانه موضوع عدالت، هم در معارف اسلامی ما مظلوم است و هم در جامعه ما مظلوم و غریب. و ما نه از باب تفنن، بلکه براساس احساس غربت، سراغ این موضوع رفتیم. علما و بزرگان ما، مبانی خوبی برای عدالت طراحی کردند و پی ریزی های خوبی انجام دادند، ولی آرام آرام تفکر اسلامی و فقه اسلامی به سمت و سویی رفت که بحث عدالت مرتب نحیف تر و نحیف تر شد. عکس آن در غرب رخ داد و آنان با اینکه آن پیشینه و سابقه را نداشتند، موضوع عدالت را پرورش دادند و مبانی حقوق خودشان را تثبیت کردند و ما که آن سرمایه گذشته را داشتیم، متوقف یا ضعیف تر شدیم و امروز کار به اینجا رسیده است.
