Frances Hodgson Burnett was born in Manchester in 1849. He was five years old when his father died and his mother took care of five children. In this way, his childhood was spent in the poverty and neighborhoods of Post Manchester during Queen Victoria. Francis was sixteen years old when he went to America and after some time he started working with magazines. His stories were quickly received and brought him wealth and fame in England and America. He wrote his best work Bagh Napida in 1911. Undoubtedly, his experiences of living in Manchester, his fascination with gardening, his interest in the ancient legends of nature, and his thoughts about the effect of the mind on the body have turned Napida Garden into a rich and multidimensional work.
