Abdulreza Nasser Moghdisi was born in October 1357 in Bandar Anzali. He completed his primary and secondary education in Bandar Anzali. After that, he went to Shiraz to study general medicine. In 2009, he managed to obtain a specialized degree in the field of neurological diseases from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Since 2011, he has been exclusively visiting and treating patients with MS, and in addition to publishing numerous specialized articles, he has serious concerns about improving the general understanding and culture of society in relation to this disease and the phenomena that cause it. The disease is called "MS phobia". For this purpose, he has published several articles in the country's publications.

عبدالرضا ناصر مقدسی متولد مهرماه ۱۳۵۷ در بندرانزلی می باشد. وی تحصیلات ابتدایی و متوسطه ی خود را در بندر انزلی گذراند. پس از آن، برای گذراندن دوره ی پزشکی عمومی راهی شیراز شد. وی در سال ۱۳۸۹ موفق به اخذ درجه ی تخصصی در رشته ی بیماریهای مغز و اعصاب از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران شد. او از سال ۱۳۹۱ به طور اختصاصی به ویزیت و درمان بیماران مبتلا به ام اس مشغول است و علاوه بر انتشار مقاله های متعدد تخصصی، دغدغه های جدی در باب ارتقای بینش عمومی و فرهنگ جامعه در ارتباط با این بیماری و پدیده های که خود آن را بیماری« ام اس فوبیا» مینامد دارد. او بدین منظور مقالات متعددی را در نشریات کشور به چاپ رسانده است.
