The clown stopped. Looked in our direction, as if he heard us. The white makeup was almost luminescent. It looked ghostly and scary. I curled up in the grass. My heart was beating so hard, so hard. Frank has finally made friends in the town where he lives, but they are monsters and he can't tell anyone about them.
