But, except for rural monographs, which, in addition to very diverse topics such as customs, popular literature, etc., also avoid the topic of agriculture, only in exceptional cases - such as Sheshdangi (Ajami) and Khairabad, Morio Ono's letter to the investigation of related developments The ownership of agricultural lands and their exploitation at the level of a village has been discussed. However, such rural researches are very important for a deep understanding of the issues in the country and they should create a unified image at the national level like pieces of a puzzle. The action presented in the form of oral history is an attempt to investigate the ownership and exploitation of agricultural land in one of the villages of Mazandaran, issues such as the right to hand, the relationship between the owner and the farmer, land reform, and its effects, and other issues that affect Zmin Abad and surrounding villages. It distinguishes it from other villages in the country.
