āfāq-i ḥikmat-i Suhrivardī: Persian 1402

Shahabuddin Suhravardi's thoughts are important in two fields culture and philosophy. In the first part, he is one of the great teachers of wisdom and philosophy in the history of Islamic philosophy, and what is called the wisdom of enlightenment today is dedicated to his thoughts. In the realm of culture, his reflections on the ancient intellectual heritage of Iran and Greece make his thought different from other thinkers of the Islamic era. These two parts are complementary to each other in Sohrvardi's thought and are inseparable in meaning, and this lack of separation today makes us pay more attention to his thoughts. The present article consists of two parts: translation and authorship. The translation section is a selection of Arabic articles written by important scholars of the Arabic language. The authoring section is also dedicated to articles, the subject of each of which is Sohrawardi's philosophical or mystical works.
