On the one hand, Shuobiyyah started a movement based on the ancient history and manifestations of Iran's ancient civilization and culture, and on the other hand, citing the Holy Qur'an, which had a great impact on the political and social conditions of the Abbasid period and continued until the 6th century of Hijri. This movement, which led to the creation of independent Iranian governments - such as the Saffarians, Samanians, Dilmians, and Ziyarians - has had many cultural and social effects on Islamic societies, in addition to its political impact, with its powerful writers and writers. This work deals with the origin of this movement and its all-round influence on various cultural, political, and social issues using reliable sources.

شعوبیه از یک سو با تکیه بر تاریخ باستانی و مظاهر تمدن و فرهنگ کهن ایران، و از سوی دیگر، با استناد به قرآن کریم حرکتی را آغاز کردکه در اوضاع سیاسی و اجتماعی دورۀ حکومت عباسیان تأثیر فراوان نهاد و تا سدۀ ششم هجری ادامه یافت. این نهضت، که به ایجاد حکومت های مستقل ایرانی _ چون صفاریان، سامانیان، دیلمیان و زیاریان _ منجر شد، با نویسندگان و ادیبان توانا، علاوه بر تأثیر سیاسی، تأثیرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی فراوانی بر جوامع اسلامی داشته است. این اثر با استفاده از منابع معتبر به چگونگی پیدایش این نهضت و تأثیر همه جانبۀ آن بر امور مختلف فرهنگی و سیاسی و اجتماعی می پردازد.
