This book is the first volume of Amir Intizam's memories. 'Abbas Amir Intizam is one of the national fighters who was leading by Musadiq. After the victory of Islamic revolution, Mihdi Bazargan chose him for the principal of prime minister and state spokesman. In the summer of 1979 he went to Sweden as the ambassador of the five countries of Scandinavia. After occupying the embassy of America in Iran by the students following Imam he been accused to spying for America and by the result of Inqilab court he went to prison forever. Now he is the older political prisoner in Iran for 21 years, in 1997 succeed to achieve the gift of human right.

اين كتاب جلد اول خاطرات امير انتظام است. او يكي از معدود بازماندگان مبارز ملي به رهبري دكتر مصدق است. پس از پيروزي انقلاب از سوي مهندس بازرگان به سمت معاونت نخست وزيري و سخنگوي دولت موقت برگزيده شد و اوايل تابستان ١٣٥٨ به عنوان سفير در پنج كشور اسكانديناوي به سوئد رفت. پس از اشغال سفارت امريكا توسط دانشجويان پيرو خط امام متهم به جاسوسي به نفع امريكا شد و در دادگاه انقلاب محكوم به حبس ابد گرديد. او اكنون پس از بيست و يك سال قديمي ترين زنداني سياسي در ايران است، در سال ١٩٩٧ موفق به دريافت جايزه جهاني حقوق بشر شد.
