These notes are an endeavor for continuing 2 aims in one moment: reviewing some studies regarding political thought of "Rousseau" and presenting an interpretive plan from this philosopher on the basis of the contents of the book, modern "civil society". "Rousseau" transfered evil from divine and metaphysical realm to the realm of politics and morality and put its responsibility on the society. He searched for the origin of evil in civil organs. From his point of view, humane nature is only manifested in the society and social relationships. He was a critic of civil society of his period and knew social agreement a trick for establishment of social inequalities

اين يادداشتها تلاشي است براي پيگيري دو هدف در آن واحد: بررسي برخي مطالعات درباره انديشه سياسي "روسو" و ارائه طرحي تفسيري از اين فيلسوف بر مبناي مضمون كتاب يعني مسئله "جامعه مدني" نوين. "روسو" معضل وجود شر را از قلمرو الهي و مابعد طبيعي به قلمرو سياست و اخلاق منتقل كرد و مسئوليت آن را بر دوش جامعه نهاد. او سر منشاء شر رادر "نهاد هاي مدني" جستجو مي كرد. از ديد او طبيعت انساني فقط در اجتماع و رابطه اجتماعي تجلي مي يابد. او منتقد جامعه مدني روزگار خويش بود و قرارداد اجتماعي را خدعه اي براي نهادينه كردن نابرابريهاي اجتماعي مي ديد.
