The upcoming book, as a sociological map, takes a deep and analytical look at the development trends in the country's contemporary history. An attempt has been made to analyze the complex and multifaceted nature of development in the framework of different governments by analyzing historical documents and to provide appropriate data to determine the role of governments in the development and evolution of development plans by examining the first to fifth development plans. This work introduces development not as a linear and always upward concept, but as a process with many ups and downs, influenced by various social, political, and economic forces and variables, and development as a dynamic and fluid process, sometimes with acceleration and sometimes with a pause, passing through periods. It studies history differently. Development is not only a product of economic policies but is the result of synergy and confrontation of social forces, ideologies, and various discourses, examining the specific development patterns of different governments and related policies can provide a deep understanding of the complex relationships and interactions between power, politics, society, and a more accurate understanding of Give us development.
