Mahdi Akhwan Sales is a poet of great style and undoubtedly one of the most prominent representatives of Persian poetry. His poetry is known for the clever use of old and abandoned words in a new context. A method that, along with his use of Iranian mythology, gave a special shape to his poetry and gave it a unique language. This book, however, deals with Akhwan's poetry from another point of view and wants to examine the unseen aspects of his poetry with the tool of neuro-evolutionary mythology and show how time and its relationship with mental and brain processes played a fundamental role in shaping this unique language. The book "Seeker of Brains and Moments" introduces the Third Brotherhood as a great seeker of moments and brains; A seeker who makes time and moves forward with his choice.

مهدی اخوان ثالث شاعری صاحب‌سبک و بی‌شک یکی از برجسته‌ترین نمایندگان شعر فارسی است. شعر او به استفاده هوشمندانه از لغات قدیمی و مهجور در بافتی جدید شهرت دارد. شیوه‌ای که در کنار استفادۀ وی از اساطیر ایران شکلی ویژه به شعر او بخشیده و باعث شده زبان یگانه‌ای داشته باشد. این کتاب اما از منظری دیگر به شعر اخوان پرداخته است و می‌خواهد با ابزار اسطوره‌شناسی عصبی-تکاملی جنبه‌های نادیدۀ شعر او را بررسی کرده و نشان دهد چگونه زمان و رابطۀ آن با پردازش‌های ذهنی و مغزی نقشی اساسی در شکل‌دهی به این زبان یگانه ایفا کرده است. کتاب «سالک مغزها و لحظه‌ها» اخوان ثالث را به‌منزلۀ سالکی بزرگ در لحظه‌ها و مغزها معرفی می‌کند؛ سالکی که زمان را می‌سازد و با انتخاب خود پیش می‌برد.
