Writing stories by women in Afghanistan with Mageh Rahmani (born in 1303) and publishing the first short story by women in 1327. It began and the emergence of writers such as Sepojmi Zaryab (born 1329), Maryam Mahboob (born 1334) and Parveen Pajhwok (born 1345) opened a new chapter in Afghan women's fiction. After a break in the eighties, women's fiction writing in Afghanistan got a new life and a wave of writers addressed the situation of women and the current internal issues of the country such as war, family violence, abuse of women, forced marriages, self-immolation, etc. Now, with the Taliban gaining power in Afghanistan and the marginalization of women from society, an uncertain future is ahead. This book was compiled under the pretext of these changes. The following book contains a collection of short stories by Afghan women and includes the stories of women from Herat, Badghis, Faryab, Kabul, etc. who either stayed in Afghanistan or migrated to other countries.
