Seyyed Mostafa Mohaghig Ahmadabadi, known as Mohaghig Damad, (born in 1324) is a mujtahid, jurist, associate member, and head of the Islamic Studies Department of the Iran Academy of Sciences, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Organization of Records and the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and a professor at the university. From 1360 to 1373, he was the head of the General Inspection Organization of the country. He is a graduate of Qom Seminary, the University of Tehran, and the Catholic University of Leuven. In addition to benefiting from the two educational systems of the district and the university, he is fluent in Arabic, English, and Farsi languages and familiar with the French language. He has also published many different works in the field of jurisprudence and law.

سید مصطفی محقق احمدآبادی معروف به محقق داماد، (زادهٔ ۱۳۲۴ خورشیدی) مجتهد، حقوق‌دان، عضو پیوسته و رئیس گروه مطالعات اسلامی فرهنگستان علوم ایران، عضو هیئت امنای سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و استاد حوزه و دانشگاه است. او از سال ۱۳۶۰ تا ۱۳۷۳ ریاست سازمان بازرسی کل کشور را عهده‌دار بوده‌است. او که دانش آموختهٔ حوزهٔ علمیهٔ قم، دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه کاتولیک لوون است، استاد حقوق دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه شهید مطهری، دانشگاه علوم اسلامی رضوی است و بیش از ده سال مدیریت گروه حقوق دانشگاه تربیت مدرس را به عهده داشت. وی علاوه بر بهره‌گیری از دو نظام آموزشی حوزه و دانشگاه، تسلط به زبان‌های عربی، انگلیسی و فارسی و آشنایی با زبان فرانسه دارد. همچنین آثار مختلف و متعددی در حوزهٔ فقه و حقوق از وی منتشر شده‌است.
