Mārksīsm va 'lum-i ijtimā'ī dar īran: Persian 1401

This book examines the relationship between the Marxist perspective and social sciences in Iran and shows that there was not only one type of social science in Iran. Focusing on a number of Marxist intellectual efforts, the book formulates two types of social sciences in Iran. From the Marxist perspective of social sciences against the prevailing approach to social sciences, this study shows that so far the history of social science in Iran has generally been narrated from the angle of positivist approach. To present a big picture of the perspective of other theoretical fields, the differences between Marxism and sociology, the distinctive aspects of the two types of social sciences in Iran, the theoretical dimensions of Marxism in Iran, and the effects of the Tudeh Party of Iran on the developments of social sciences, and the thoughts of Avatis Mikailian ( Sultanzadeh) is discussed as one of the initiators of Marxist social sciences before the establishment of the university in Iran.
